TUMC Sanctuary Choir
The Tremont United Methodist Church Sanctuary Choir is open to all adult and high school singers.
The choir provides music for the 8:30am church service every Sunday from September through May,
except for the one Sunday each month when we sing for the 11:00am service.
Rehearsals are held in the church sanctuary from 7:00pm to 8:00pm each Thursday
from September through May. All singers are welcome to join us!

Sunday School
Sunday school is offered for all ages. Our Sunday school classrooms are in lower level of both
the New (Pearl St) Church and the Old (Sampson St) Church. The nursery, Junior High, Sr High, College
and adult classes are held in the Peal St Church. Sister Chick's (adult women)
and ages 3 year old to 6th grade meet in the Sampson building.
Sunday School starts 9:45 am to 10:45

The Gap
Is a new discussion group that is meeting occasionally in the lower level of the
Camdon Chiropractic Center. The setting is very informal and it's purpose is to openly discuss
life events and the purpose of the church in today's world.

United Methodist Women
The purpose of our UMW is to know Jesus Christ, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship,
and expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Meetings are held once a month in the Fellowship Hall on
the first Wednesday of each month during the school year except in January.

United Methodist Men
UMM is a gathering of men of all ages which meets once a month on the third Wednesday.
The goal of the men are to help further the work of the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer,
to bear witness of Christ in their personal contacts in word and action,
and to engage in definite Christian services.

Bible Study
The Tuesday morning Bible study is open to all women of the church.
We meet year-round in the parlor 9:30-10:30.
We usually base our study on a book, ranging from
Being a Mary in a Martha World to The Shack to seasonal studies.
There is always a lot of discussion.
